(MSHI), as a Golden Star Honoree.

communication, and taken on leadership responsibilities. Her implementation of virtual
office hours and integration of data analytics tools into the curriculum have enhanced
both student success and program impact. Balancing her role while pursuing doctoral
coursework, Ms. Peden exemplifies a commitment to continuous learning and professional
growth.
